  • OpenAI does not use your data to train its models.
  • Data is stored for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring and then deleted.

  • Revoke Mail Access: Disconnect your Gmail or Apple Mail integration at any time. Once disconnected, we immediately cease access and delete previously retrieved mail content unless retention is legally required.
